Returns

Return costs are covered by the customer

  1. Enter your return information onto our portal
  2. Print or download the QR code/postage label for your return and follow the appropriate drop-off instructions
  3. The returned articles should be in perfect condition and packaged with the original labels. For hygiene reasons the items will be checked thoroughly upon return
  4. Your return will be tracked and you will be notified once your return has arrived back with us
  5. Once it has been inspected and if approved you will receive your refund. Original shipping costs are not refunded

 

Exchanges  

Exchange costs are covered by Fruity Booty

  1. Email returns@fruitybooty.co.uk to check if we have your requested exchange item in stock and to receive a prepaid shipping voucher. 
  2. Enter your exchange information onto our portal and pay with your shipping voucher provided by our team. 
  3. The returned articles should be in perfect condition and packaged with the original labels. For hygiene reasons the items will be checked thoroughly upon return
  4. Your return will be tracked and you will be notified once your return has arrived back with us
  5. Once it has been inspected and if approved the new product will be sent out and your new tracking number will be emailed to you
