Returns & Exchanges
PLEASE NOTE: returns and exchange packages are taking longer to get back to us because of Covid/Brexit related postal delays. Please don't panic if yours hasn't been processed, this is not unusual, we will get in touch as soon as it has arrived back.
RETURNS: If you want to return an item, simply email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your order and reasons for returning. Returns must be paid for by the buyer.
EXCHANGES: We can exchange your order for a different size or for a different product provided we have it in stock. All you need to do is email us at email@example.com with the details of your order and the exchange you would like to make. Size exchanges for UK orders are free of charge.
For international customers product exchanges must be paid for by the buyer to be sent back to us in the UK, but Fruity Booty will pay for the new size/style to be sent out.
FAULTY PRODUCTS: In the very unlikely case that your item is faulty or has been bruised on its way to you, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your order. Fruity Booty offers a free-of-charge return and the item will be inspected by a member of our team. We offer the buyer either a full refund or a replacement of the same product, depending on its availability.
VITAL TO YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and will be checked by professionals
- For hygiene reasons, all knickers MUST be tried on top of other underwear
- For all exchanges and returns, please place the items in either the original packaging or any other solid carton box or packaging and include the form emailed to you by our team.
- If you are a UK customer, exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your Fruity Booty product. For international customers we allow 30 days.
