Returns
Return costs are covered by the customer
- Email returns@fruitybooty.co.uk
- Enter your return information onto our portal.
- Print or download the QR code/postage label for your return and follow the appropriate drop-off instructions
- The returned articles should be in perfect condition and packaged with the original labels. For hygiene reasons the items will be checked thoroughly upon return
- Your return will be tracked and you will be notified once your return has arrived back with us
- Once it has been inspected and if approved you will receive your refund. Original shipping costs are not refunded
- Please be aware that the refunds and exchanges can take up to 30 days to processes after being received back to us.
- Any orders from our sales cannot be returned or exchanged
Exchanges
Exchange costs for the UK and EU are covered by Fruity Booty
- Email returns@fruitybooty.co.uk to check if we have your requested exchange item in stock and to receive a shipping voucher(UK and EU only).
- Enter your exchange information onto our portal and pay with your shipping voucher provided by our team.
- The returned articles should be in perfect condition and packaged with the original labels. For hygiene reasons the items will be checked thoroughly upon return
- Your return will be tracked and you will be notified once your return has arrived back with us
- Once it has been inspected and if approved the new product will be sent out and your new tracking number will be emailed to you
- Please be aware that the refunds and exchanges can take up to 30 days to processes after being received back to us, so stock cannot be guaranteed.
