Conditions For Returns
For returns: If you want to return an item, simply email us at: email@example.com with the details of your order and reasons for returning. Returns must be paid for by the buyer.
For product exchanges: If you want to exchange an item for a completely new product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your order and the new piece you wish to change it to. Returns must be paid for by the buyer. PLEASE NOTE: The item can only be exchanged if new piece in the desired size is available. If we are out of stock of this item, we will offer a return instead.
Size Change: Purchased items can be exchanged for a different size depending on the product’s availability. Size change returns will be covered by Fruity Booty, so your new piece will fit you perfectly at no extra costs.
Faulty Product: If your item is faulty, Fruity Booty offers a free-of-charge return, where it will be inspected by a member of our team. The buyer can then decide via email whether they want to receive a full refund or a replacement of the same product. PLEASE NOTE: Replacements are dependant on the availability of that same item.
PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene reasons, we are only able to offer returns on our bras and clothing items, not our knickers.
For exchanges and returns, please place the items in either the original packaging or any other solid carton box or packaging. Please clearly state your name and/or order number on
All returning items must be sent back to us in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. Checks by professionals will be made on receiving the product. If there are any damages to the product, we will contact you directly.
All the above returns and/or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your Fruity Booty product.
