RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns & Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
Return costs are covered by the customer, UK exchange costs are covered by Fruity Booty.
- Follow the instructions on our Returns Portal
- Use the provided label to return your item/s
- Returned items must be in perfect condition with original labels. If labels are removed, we will not be able to accept your return
- Once delivered your return will be quality checked
- Once the product/s are approved we will notify you and process your exchange or refund. (Original shipping costs not refunded)
- Allow up to 7 days for processing
All returns must be made through our portal. Those that choose to use their own shipping method, must include their order number inside the parcel. Failure to do so will significantly delay processing.
All returns sent with customers own shipping (not label provided on the portal), are sent at the discretion of the customer. We always recommend sending tracked.

All of our orders are tracked. Your tracking number will be provided with your shipping confirmation email.
Whilst we try to get your orders to you as quickly as possible we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by international customs.
