UK RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns & Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Return costs are covered by the customer, exchange costs are covered by Fruity Booty. Both are super quick and easy to do. 

  1. Follow the instructions on our Returns Portal
  2. Use the provided label to return your item/s
  3. Returned items must be in perfect condition with original labels. If labels are removed, we will not be able to accept your return
  4. Once delivered your return will be quality checked
  5. Once the product/s are approved we will notify you and process your refund. (Original shipping costs not refunded)
  6. Allow up to 14 days for refund processing

 

EU EXCHANGES

EU exchange costs are covered by Fruity Booty, and are super quick and easy to do. 

  1. Please email returns@fruitybooty.co.uk
  2. Our team will provide our returns form and address
  3. Please return your order on a standard service, your desired courier 
  4. Please send us a photo of your returns receipt (including cost and delivery address) and we will refund you 
  5. Returned items must be in perfect condition with original labels. If labels are removed, we will not be able to accept your return
  6. Once delivered your return will be quality checked
  7. Once the product/s are approved we will process your exchange
  8. A confirmation email will be sent to you once shipped

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All of our orders are tracked. Your tracking number will be provided with your shipping confirmation email.

Whilst we try to get your orders to you as quickly as possible we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by international customs.

Please note that shipping may be slightly slower during sales/peak times. 

Sadly we're not able to control any delays as a result of postal strikes.
