Where are Fruity Booty pieces made?
All Fruity Booty underwear is made in our beautiful factory in Porto, Portugal. For more information on sourcing of fabrics, factory conditions and workers contracts feel free to email us and we can tell you all about it.
How do I know what size I am?

What is S+?
Our S+ is the perfect size for those who are in-between our sizes and need a smaller band size, with more room in the cup.

What currency do you charge?
All available currencies can be found on the top left of our website. Any other currencies will be charged as GBP, and then converted to your local currency by your bank on your account statement.
Will I have to pay duties on EU orders?

What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?
We always strive to make sure all of our pieces are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email returns@fruitybooty.co.uk straight away and send us an image of the damage/fault. Once we’ve assessed the issue, we will offer you an exchange or refund.
Can I return/exchange an item?
Yes, you can exchange items depending on available sizes on our site, and return all items. For hygiene reasons, all knickers MUST be tried on top of other underwear. Items must be returned in their original condition (hangtag still attached) and will be checked by professionals. You can find more details on our returns/exchanges page.

How long do I have to return or exchange my order?
All orders must be returned within 30 days of the order date. If you would like to make a return or exchange, please send us an email at returns@fruitybooty.co.uk with details to help us proceed with your return as quickly as possible.

How long do returns take to process?
We will do our best to process your return as soon as possible, but please note that in busy periods, returns can take up to 14 days to process once they have been returned back to us.

How do I wash my Fruity Booty pieces?
We recommend always washing your Fruity pieces separately to the rest of your washing, and ideally washing them alone for their first wash.
Ideally use a washing bag for your intimates for your intimates when washing them. This protects the fabric and minimises the risk of damage to delicate items.
Washing in cold water (no warmer than 20 degrees) is better for your Fruities. Using cold water helps to reduce the chances of colour fading, and uses less energy at the same time.
Do not tumble dry, always fry your Fruitys naturally.
Are your practices sustainable and ethical?
In everything we do we strive to be as ethical and sustainable as we possibly can. The majority of our pieces are created from surplus fabrics that would have otherwise gone to waste.
For pieces that have not used surplus fabrics, we source eco-friendly, high-quality materials that’s both caring to the environment and to the skin.
Our packaging is 100% recyclable, and we have recently implemented a zero single-plastic use policy in all aspects of the Fruity supply chain.
