Duty & Customs Charges:

Please note that all EU orders under €150 (ex shipping) are exempt from customs charges. We recommend splitting your order to avoid any extra charges if your order is above this value.

From 29.08.25, all US orders will be subject to duties/taxes, regardless of shipment value.

Item price and shipping cost for non-UK customers doesn't include customs/import duties, unless our DDP services are chosen.

Please check your country's customs office for additional costs before purchasing.

We know customs are the pits, but we promise these beauties are worth it!

Lost Shipments:

All our parcels are sent tracked, but sometimes things happen along the way that we cannot control. All UK parcels are also sent Signed For, to give you more control.

Packaging:

All of our parcels are sent in recyclable brown paper bags, with no branding on the outside - so you're safe if your order is a gift or if you'd like to keep your order private!
