If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please read the following guidelines to ensure a seamless process:

Returns

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

3. Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please make sure to keep your receipt or order confirmation email handy.

4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@fruitydevelopment.com. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number.

5. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

1. Eligibility: We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@fruitydevelopment.com. They will guide you through the process and provide you with an exchange authorization number.

3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. However, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item back to you.

4. Refunds (if applicable): If you are exchanging an item due to defect or damage, and a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund for the original purchase amount, including any shipping charges.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges on perishable items such as fresh fruits. However, if you have any concerns or issues with your order, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
