Duty & Customs Charges:
Please note that all EU orders under €150 (including shipping) are exempt from customs duties. We recommend splitting your order to avoid any extra charges if your order is above this value. All customers will be charged your country/state tax upon arrival.
From 29.08.25, all US orders will be subject to duties/taxes, regardless of shipment value. Your customs fees will be calculated & paid at the checkout. You will not receive any further charges upon delivery.
Please check your country's customs office for additional costs before purchasing. Shipments that are rejected by the customer, will have the duties/taxes fee removed from the refund amount.
We know customs are the pits, but we promise these beauties are worth it!
Lost Shipments:
All our parcels are sent tracked, but sometimes things happen along the way that we cannot control. All UK parcels are also sent Signed For, to give you more control.
If you are worried your parcel is lost or is taking longer than usual, just drop us an email to dropmealime@fruitybooty.co.uk and we will do all we can to help you.
Packaging:
All of our parcels are sent in recyclable brown paper bags, with no branding on the outside - so you're safe if your order is a gift or if you'd like to keep your order private!
